update: the connected user can update the instance
view: the connected user can fully access the instance in view mode
insert : the connected user can insert a new instance in the object
delete: the connected user can delete the instance
changestatus: the connected user can update the workflow state of the instance
i18nFieldsTranslate: the connected user can update the FR / DE / EN properties of the object in order to translate the instance
order: the connected user can update the position of the instance to sort them against other instances
retrieveCaption: the connected user can get the name of instance : this is used when the user can list data (in a shared board for example) but cannot access instance details.
