Release notes for 2022.2.0
New Analytics features
Create your own dashboards.
The Wedia system ships with predefined charts in different dashboards. Starting with version 2022.2.0, you can pick your preferred charts and add them to personal dashboards.
Charts that can be embedded in a custom dashboard will appear with a “+” button when hovering over them :
When clicking on the plus, a pop-up offers two options : to add the widget to an existing custom dashboard, or to create new custom dashboard :
The existing dashboards are listed alphabetically, with the number of existing widgets in brackets ( n ).
Once added, the chart will be added to the selected or created dashboard. The system will do its best to place it in the same place as the original layout.
Saving Preset Queries to apply in your custom Dashboards
This feature is only available for custom dashboards.
Once you have designed your custom dashboard, it is convenient to save preset filters, and reapply the when needed.
When navigation to a Preset Dashboard, please locate the new button “my saved filters”
When using it, a modal window will list all the existing saved filters for your custom dashboards, and prompt you to create a new one :
From there, you can set the filters to fit your preset query :
One set, the query is available for applying to your custom dashboard, using the “Apply” button.
Note the following rule :
To keep some consistency, you are only able to add charts about the same topic in a dashboard, for example you cannot have a chart about download and one about connexions in the same dashboard.
You can also add another dashboard with the “+” button at the top right in the “My dashboards” selection
