4. Rights management from the roles management interface

Permissions for portals

Two options allow the administration of portals from the role configuration interface, under the "Global permissions" menu of a role:

  • Create portal: When this option is enabled, the user can create and manage their own portals.

  • Manage all portals: When this option is enabled, the user can view and manage all portals on the platform, including those they did not create and where they are not a collaborator.
