Digital Templates
This brand new module is part of our Distributed Marketing suite.
Effortlessly localize your master assets (Photoshop files, either PSD or PSB) for any market or channel—no design skills needed. From fully designed banner ads to social media posts, Digital Templates helps you cut costs and streamline content adaptation, all while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
As an authorized user, you can set rules to a template, and allow users to modify only what you will allow them to in terms of text or image.
Here are some key benefits of Digital Templates:
Full Control of the User Experience
Seamless UI, consistent with Wedia’s DAM interface.
No switching context, no redirects, “edit directly in the DAM.”
Fine tuned permissions, we decide what tools are shown/hidden.
Deep Integration with Wedia’s DAM
Direct access to assets in the DAM (no syncing / duplication).
Templates, rights management, approvals, versioning, all native.
Strong “single source of truth”.
Offline / Client-Side Power
SDK executes locally (browser/mobile), so editing is fast, low-latency.
Reduces dependency on server APIs and 3rd-party infrastructure.

Portals - Brand Portals
Portals get enriched with new features to help keep your brand consistent and your teams aligned. These brand new Brand Portals will not only centralize your brand assets, you can now share guidelines, enjoying the freedom to edit and organize content without tech constraints.
With Editorial sections, combine a text and an image to illustrate your brand story, provide context, or highlight key messages directly within your portal.
With Bookmark sections, add links to other portals, boards, or external websites, to help users easily navigate between your key resources.

Media Delivery
Media Delivery is the module that already creates renditions for all your assets, and, optionally, enables you to deliver them to all channels with very high performance and availability.
Its architecture is now being refreshed, first for our new clients. We will soon define an optimized migration path for our existing customers, stay tuned!
Architecture: A multi-tenant system for image/video rendering and delivery, developed by a dedicated DevOps & R&D team.
Technology: Based on AWS Lambda services, this new architecture replaces our legacy Imaging Servers to enable instant scalability. It is the result of a sustained R&D effort, designed with the same high standards of security and reliability as our current solutions, while delivering significant gains in performance and scalability for large-scale use.
Some Key Benefits:
Instant and unlimited scalability, adapted to massive upload peaks.
Fast and secure CI/CD deployments with simplified incident resolution.
Native integration with Amazon AI services (optimization, recognition, subtitling).
New Typography
Our typography evolves for better comfort: from Montserrat to Satoshi.
Criterion | Montserrat | Satoshi | UX Preference |
|---|---|---|---|
🧩 Overall style | Geometric, inspired by Buenos Aires signage. Rounded, expressive, full of personality. | Humanist modern, more neutral and balanced. Inspired by Helvetica and Inter, very design-system-friendly. | Satoshi |
🖋️ On-screen legibility | Great at large sizes, but the rounded forms and wide spacing reduce legibility in small text. | Excellent readability at all sizes. Balanced kerning and spacing, ideal for digital interfaces. | Satoshi |
Accessibility | Geometric structure may cause fatigue in long reading sessions | Humanist design improves word shap recognition and reading comfort | Satoshi |
📱 UI / Web app suitability | Perfect for headlines or brand visuals, but too wide and decorative for dense UI (menus, tables, labels). | Optimized for product interfaces — clear, compact, stable, and unobtrusive. | Satoshi |
🎨 Visual hierarchy | Strong visual presence, ideal for creating contrast between headings and body text. | Subtler hierarchy — smoother, more cohesive look across UI layers. | Satoshi |
⚙️ Performance & compatibility | Wide weight range, but sometimes heavy in web loading. | Lightweight, well-optimized, available on Google Fonts and Figma, perfect for design systems. | Satoshi |
💬 Perceived tone | Expressive, warm, slightly “marketing.” | Contemporary, professional, understated, confident. | Satoshi |
