Permissions
By default, administrators and contributors are allowed to create portals.
The permission to create portals can be managed through the role configuration interface.
All individuals invited to collaborate on a portal are granted permission to organize the portal.

Organize a portal
Once the portal is created, the user can access the portal builder, from which they can perform several actions, including adding:
Edit the portal title and description from the Settings menu
Add a cover image
1️⃣ Click on the cover space and browse an image
Please note that adding a cover image is optional. If the user leaves this area empty, the page will still display correctly without a cover image.
Images are optimized for delivery, meaning that if a user uploads a 4000px image, we will only display an adapted version in the interface.
2️⃣ Click on “Reposition” if you want to place the cover at a specific position
3️⃣ Move the image vertically to position it at a specific location
4️⃣ Confirm the position
Add a logo
1️⃣ Click on the logo space and browse an image
2️⃣ The logo is added to the portal
Add sections
1️⃣ Hover the section type you want to add and click on “Assets” or “Text”
There are two types of sections:
Media sections, which can be populated with any type of media.
Text sections, which can be populated with text.
2️⃣ The section is added to the portal builder

Add assets to a section
1️⃣ Click on “Search in DAM”
2️⃣ Select in the DAM the assets you want to add to this section

4️⃣ Click “Add to portal”
5️⃣ Select the portal you want to add content to, or create a new one
6️⃣ Select the section you want to add content to, or create a new one
Add a description alonside the assets section
1️⃣ Hover the asset section, a toolbar will be displayed
2️⃣ Click on the “Edit” button
3️⃣ Click on the title field to edit the title’s section
4️⃣ Click on the description field to add a description to the section
5️⃣ Click on “Confirm”
Add a text to text section
1️⃣ Hover the text section, a toolbar will be displayed
2️⃣ Click on the “Edit” button
3️⃣ Click on the title field to edit the title’s section
4️⃣ Click on the description field to add the text
5️⃣ Click on “Confirm”
The portal is updated
