The overall visibility of the Portal can be defined through 3 levels :
Private: Only
Access restricted to explicitly invited individuals

Highest level of security
Ideal for confidential or sensitive information
Only visible for the creator in portal lists or DAM search results
Internal:
Accessible to all organization members without specific invitations
Suitable for sharing information within the company
Visible in portal lists and DAM search results for organization members
Public : Anyone who has the link to the Portal can access it. This option provides the broadest access and is suitable for sharing public information
Accessible to anyone with the Portal link, no login required
Provides the broadest access
Appropriate for sharing public information
Visible in portal lists and DAM search results for all users
By Default, a Portal is set to be the Private visibility, only the creator and the administrator can access it.
Access Roles
When sharing a Portal, two different roles can be assigned to invited users:
Contributor: Contributors have the ability to modify the content of the Portal. They can add
Modify Portal content :
Add, edit, or delete items
and sections
Change cover image and logo
Share the Portal with others
Ideal for team members actively involved in content management
Reader:
View Portal content
Download Portal content
Cannot make any changes to the Portal
Suitable for end-users or stakeholders who need access to information without editing rights
