This release adds status badges to media assets in the DAM and portals, visible in Square, Line, Column and Block display modes.
Who Sees It:
Users with roles configured to view multiple statuses Statuses are visible only to users who have the permission to modify workflows in at least one library can see badgesasset library. If this condition is met, statuses will be displayed for all media assets, including those in asset libraries where the user does not have workflow management rights.
By default, readers won’t see badges, as they only have access to published media and do not have permission to modify any workflow.

Hovering over a badge shows a tooltip with the status (e.g., “Status: [Published]”) in the color assigned in the DAM workflow :

Clicking the menu displays all workflow statuses, with “Published” and “Archived” available by default.
Selecting a status saves the update, displays a confirmation message (“Status successfully updated”), and collapses the menu.

New Feature: Customizable Filters in Portals
You can now customize the filters displayed in a portal to better match your needs.
Key Features:
Edit Mode:
While in edit mode, hovering over the filter section displays a side panel with an “Edit” action.
Filter Settings Panel:
Clicking “Edit” opens a pop-up titled “Filter Settings”.
The panel shows a list of all available DAM filters.
Users can check or uncheck filters to customize the display.
Default Behavior:
By default, only the filters provided in the portal’s universe are pre-selected, while all other available filters are displayed as options.
