Visibility of the "restore an older version" feature
Restoring an older version relies on the following permission:
The right to publish (transitioning from Draft to Published status). Users with this permission can publish the restored version, making it the current version.
How it works
Restore an older version
1️⃣ Click on the asset of your choice to view its details, then navigate to the Versions tab. In the Versions tab, hover over the version you want to restore and click on the "Set as current version" icon.
2️⃣ You can also click on "Preview" to view the version in detail, then click the "Re-establish" button.
3️⃣ After clicking, the selected version is automatically set as the current version. This version of the asset will now be used.
