Introducing "Creative Workflow" – for Streamlined Team Collaboration within the DAM

Creative Workflow is designed to enhance productivity and teamwork, providing collaborative workspaces directly within the DAM.

Key Highlights of Creative Workflow:

Centralized Project Information: "Creative Workflow" serves as a central hub for all project-related data, encompassing both project briefs and deliverables. This centralization ensures that every team member stays equally informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Enhanced Communication and Review Tools: The feature include creative review and workflow tools, including:
- Comment Annotations: Facilitate clear and concise feedback directly on asset files.
- Version Management: Efficiently track and manage different versions of your asset.
- Asset Comparison: Easily compare different versions to streamline the decision-making process.
- Workflow statuts : Monitor and update the progress status of deliverables for improved visibility and coordination within the team.
Seamless Integration with DAM: Once asset is validated, it can be effortlessly transferred into the DAM, maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

Creative Workflow" is automatically activated for all new projects, replacing the current upload function to provide a more integrated experience.

MFA Authentication

With this option enabled, external users (such as agencies, photographers) are now required to go through a two-step verification process to access the solution:

Firstly, users will need to enter their credentials, as they normally would.
Secondly, users will need to fill in an authentication code received via email. This additional step adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that only authorized users gain access to our system.

MFA Authentication is not automatically activated for all new projects.

Deepl translation for web-to-print documents

Our product now integrates with Deepl, offering real-time translation capabilities for web-to-print documents. Clients can now efficiently manage translation memories, ensuring consistent and accurate translations of specific and recurring terms. This feature is not just a time saver; it contributes to more consistent and higher-quality translations.
