Visibility Levels

The overall visibility of the Portal can be defined through 3 levels :

  • Private: Only explicitly invited individuals can access the Portal. This is the most restrictive option, ideal for confidential information.

  • Internal: All members of the organization can view the Portal, even without specific invitations. This is useful for sharing information within the company.

  • Public : Anyone who has the link to the Portal can access it. This option provides the broadest access and is suitable for sharing public information.

Access Roles

When sharing a Portal, two different roles can be assigned to invited users:

  • Contributor: Contributors have the ability to modify the content of the Portal. They can add, edit, or delete items and share the portal.

  • Reader: Readers can only view and download the content of the Portal without the ability to make any changes.
