  • Click Login.

When you try to log in and you get "The username or password is incorrect" message, it might be because of the following reasons:

  • Your user name or password are incorrect. Try logging in again.

  • Your user account has been deactivated or does not exist any more. Contact your system administrator.

Please note that, as a security measure, the more you try to logging, the longer the response time will take.

Your administrator may also have set up a login attempt limit that will lock your account after a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts.
