Choice of sender
The first action to take when sending a campaign is to choose sender’s e-mail address for your campaign.
You will then always be able to change the sender among the set the senders of the account used to initialize the campaign

Sending test emails
This feature allows you to instantly send an email to a list
addresses for test purposes.
It is not possible to send test mail to more than 10 different addresses.
Addresses must be separated by commas or spaces.
Unsubscribe Link
Sending an emailing campaign is not possible if the content of the email does not contain a link that allows recipients to unsubscribe.
This link is a simple key to place in the href attribute of a link in your email.
This key will be automatically replaced by the campaign management system at
the shipment of the latter and must be equal to [*UNSUBSCRIBE*]

Upload a list of recipients
A recipients list is a text file containing all emails addresses of the campaign recipients.
The file must have the extension .txt
or .csv
and must contains only one
email address per line.
The header is optional and the field values must be separated by
commas (or semi-colon). In case a value contains a comma (or a semi-colon),
the value must be enclosed in quotation marks

Managing your contacts list
After downloading a counter will indicate the number of contacts likely to receive the campaign.
Viewing contacts
[eye] will diplay a table of your recipients list. Only verified contacts will be eligible to receive a campaign.
Downloading contacts list
[download] will allow you to download erroneous and unsubscribed contacts in order to help you keep your contacts list up to date. You will also be able to download a cleaned contacts list.
Deleting contacts list
[trash o] will remove the current contacts list from the campaign
Scheduling the campaign
A campaign can be sent instantly or scheduled for a specific time period. later sending.

The campaign’s programming range must be between 30 minutes and 60 days. |
When a campaign is scheduled to be sent later, the interface is
and some features become inactive, such as the change
campaign properties or the recipient list.
If it were necessary to modify this information it will be advisable to click on
the button for deprogramming the campaign
Follow-up
After being sent, the campaign’s form will be replaced by an analytics report of the campaign shipment showing the opening rate, the click rate and the error rate of the campaign.
Indicators will also be shown in order to see how many contacts received the email or unsubscribed from your campaign, etc …
A [download] Download campaign’s data
link will let you download a CSV file
containing dates of opening, click or error for every contacts of the
campaign’s contacts list.
