Email Projects

The Emailing tool allows a user to create newsletters based on of models previously loaded into the system.

The user will be able to:

• update text and image content directly in the newsletter by clicking in the edition areas provided for this purpose

• update the contents by drag and drop from the explorer of contents (unit texts, images from the DAM or complex contents)

• order zones in relation to each other (if provided by the template)

• export the document as a zip file containing the HTML code of the newsletter and the resources associated with it

Power users can load new templates in the system so that they can be used a posteriori by other users.

The addition of new templates in the system is done by downloading a compressed archive file (in zip format) containing the HTML code of the template as well as all the resources associated with this template.
