Supported Formats in Creative Reviews

Supported formats :

  1. Images: JPEG, GIF (excluding animated GIF), PNG, Photoshop, Illustrator, EPS (with fonts outlined)

  2. Videos: MP4 container format with the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec. MP3 audio codec is fine as long as your users are not browsing using Safari.

  3. Documents: PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint. Please note that Word and Powerpoint rendering may not be accurate for the following reasons : the fonts in the document are not deployed on the server, or the layout uses features not supported by our renderer. If you need pixel perfect rendering, please convert your documents to PDF prior to uploading them.

Note

A quick note about videos : the Wedia system will not convert videos. These have to be properly encoded by your graphic studio. We recommend using the Adobe Media Encoder preset "YouTube 1080p HD".

The Creative Review will use the DAM engine to preview images, so most of the image formats listed here will work : Supported file formats
