Wedia Portals allow you to easily create dedicated pages that centralize all types of media assets, including images, videos, logos, and documents for any particular audience. You can organize content by brand, product, or any specific marketing campaign, ensuring team members can quickly find what they need.
With Wedia Portals, you have full control over the layout and design of each page. You can personalize the look and feel to match your brand’s identity or the specific aesthetic of a campaign by adding sections for different types of media.
Sharing your media with collaborators is effortless, whether they are internal team members or external partners. Wedia Portals support both public and private sharing options, allowing you to control who has access to your content. This seamless sharing makes it easy for stakeholders from different regions, departments, or organizations to access the assets they need.
Wedia Adobe Content Picker
In this new version of the Wedia Adobe Content Picker, we’ve introduced several significant enhancements designed to streamline your workflow when working with Wedia DAM assets in Adobe InDesign. Below are the key improvements:
New “Wedia Links” Tab
A new “Wedia Links” tab has been added to the interface, allowing users to browse and manage DAM assets that are placed in the active InDesign document.
This tab provides an overview of all the DAM assets currently linked in the document, displaying details such as asset name, status, and the option to relink or refresh the asset.
Automatic Local Checkout of Assets
When an InDesign document containing DAM assets is opened, these assets can be automatically checked out onto the local drive of the user.
This new feature ensures that users have local access to all original images that have been placed in the document, eliminating the need to manually retrieve assets and speeding up workflows.
New Preferences for Dragging Wedia DAM Assets
A new preference setting allows users to define how Wedia DAM assets are handled when they are dragged into the InDesign document. Users can now choose between:
Creating a logical link between the placed images and their DAM version.
Or using a local copy of the image.
This flexibility provides better control over asset management depending on specific studio or project requirements.
Adobe Creative Cloud CC 2025 support
This version supports the new CC 2025 version for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
