Advanced Search for Graphic Designers, and Drag and Drop from the Portal to Photoshop and InDesign

We are excited to announce the latest release of Wedia, which brings a significant enhancement to the Wedia connectors for Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically designed for Photoshop and InDesign users. This update introduces a new and powerful feature—an advanced search button.

With this new advanced search button, users can now effortlessly explore a vast array of media assets by seamlessly launching a browser directly into a specialized version of the DAM (Digital Asset Management) portal. This enhanced portal empowers graphic designers with the ability to perform targeted searches using advanced filters, ensuring they find the perfect media assets for their projects.

In addition to streamlined search capabilities, the DAM portal grants access to curated boards, allowing designers to efficiently browse and discover relevant media resources tailored to their specific needs.

One of the most exciting features of this release is the seamless integration of the web interface with Photoshop and InDesign. By leveraging the new advanced search functionality, designers can now conveniently drag and drop selected images directly from the DAM portal into their open Photoshop or InDesign documents. This eliminates the need for manual downloads and file transfers, saving valuable time and effort.

Thanks to the powerful Wedia plugin, the native version of the chosen media is automatically downloaded and seamlessly integrated into the Creative Cloud document.

New Wedia branding

We are thrilled to unveil the fresh new branding of Wedia! With this release, we have revamped our logo and colors, which are now set as the default for our platform.

We have made exciting changes to the overall color scheme of our platform. One notable update is the introduction of Oxford blue headers, which bring a touch of sophistication and elegance to the user interface. Furthermore, we have incorporated azure blue accents throughout the platform to add a refreshing and vibrant touch.

“My Support Access” : Granting temporary access rights in full compliance with GDPR regulations

We are thrilled to announce the implementation of an exciting new feature that addresses the need for granting temporary access rights while ensuring full compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations. With this latest release, we have introduced a robust solution that allows support team members to have temporary access to sensitive data, which is carefully vetted by a supervisor and strictly tracked throughout the process.

To access the application, you will need to contact the "eSaas" operations team that will create an association between your trigram and this server, allowing you to access the server with restricted rights.

Enhanced the Media Delivery analytics dashboard by introducing two additional SLA tabs dedicated to monitoring the availability and performance of the image delivery network

We are excited to introduce significant enhancements to the Media Delivery analytics dashboard, designed to provide comprehensive insights into the performance and availability of our image delivery network. With the addition of two new SLA (Service Level Agreement) tabs, monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of your media delivery has never been easier.

The first tab, "Availability," offers a detailed overview of how images are displayed on your website. It provides valuable information on whether images are served immediately through a regional edge cache server, a global cache, the origin DAM server, or if they have undergone new renditions, resizing, or formatting. This level of transparency empowers you to understand the precise image delivery process, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Furthermore, the availability tab captures and displays any errors that occur during the delivery process. By identifying and analyzing these errors, you can evaluate the quality of Media Delivery on both ecommerce and corporate websites.

Moving on to the second dashboard, the "Performance" tab focuses on assessing the speed of image delivery to your websites. This feature enables you to evaluate how efficiently images are being transmitted and contributes to the overall web performance of your sites.

By providing these two dedicated SLA tabs within the Media Delivery analytics dashboard, we empower you with comprehensive insights into the availability and performance of your image delivery network. This visibility allows you to make data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of image delivery to your target audience.
