Security Domain: variations

This domains helps setting up the right wether to show / hide an asset rendition, especially in file view.

This covers the use case where a user could see a lot of variations via the sendfile rules, but as an UX point of view, it would be better to restrict the list of variations to a few usable ones.

 

  • view : will filter who can view the asset variation

For example you could setup a rule that would only allow connected users to access an image variation :
