Invitation to collaborate
By default, users invited to collaborate in a space are notified.

Upload of Assets or Versions
By default, the owner of the workspace is notified in case of the upload of one or more assets. Only one notification is sent in the case of a bulk upload. It is possible to configure the creative workflow so that this notification is sent to all members of the workspace.

Status Change
By default, the owner of the workspace is notified in case of a status change on one or more assets. Only one notification is sent in the case of a mass status change. It is possible to configure the creative workflow so that this notification is sent to all members of the workspace.

New Comment
By default, the owner of the workspace is notified in case of a new comment on the workspace. Users who are tagged in a comment are also notified.

Publication
All members of a workspace are notified in case of publication, and the notification contains the link to the assets published from this workspace.
Approval process: Approval Request Notification
Members of the space invited to validate asset(s) receive a notification informing them. This notification directs them to a dedicated validation interface that only contains the media awaiting their approval in the space.
Approval process: asset(s) rejected
Both the owner of the space and the user who initiated the approval request are notified when one or more assets are rejected. This notification directs them to the rejected asset if it is a single media; otherwise, it directs them to the space.
