Add assets to a workspace

Permissions

All people invited to collaborate in a space are authorized to upload asset to that space.

How it works

Users can add assets to a space in two different ways:

  • By dragging and dropping assets directly onto the space block

  • Within a space by clicking on "Import Assets"

 

Add assets with Drag n Drop

Select and drag your files on the space block of your choice

A progress bar is displayed on the space block, until the upload is complete.

The user can switch screens without risking losing their upload. However, closing the browser will interrupt the upload.

Add assets with “Import assets” button

Click "Go to Workspace" to access the workspace of your choice

 

Click “Import assets”

After the upload, an analysis phase begins

During this stage, the system calculates statuses, prepares the preview, detects duplicates, and prepares the indexing data. Each asset appears as loading until its analysis is complete, and only at this point is it possible to view the details of the asset.
