Modify a resource property: Internationalized labels

By default the API modifies a standard internationalized property by changing the value of the property corresponding to the user's language.
The resource configuration can disable this system: in this case, each property for each language will be modifiable as any standard property (see Modify a resource property: Standard values | Standard strings ). The mechanism can also be disabled by passing the parameter i18nWrite=false in the request.
